Credit Card Policy

All appointments require a credit card to be put on file beforehand when booking online. This is to ensure that both of our time is respected, and to cover last minute cancellation and no shows fees. Appointments booked online require a certain percentage of the service booked to be held as a deposit. This deposit will go towards the price of your service and will be deducted at checkout on the day of your appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable.

Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may necessitate a change in your scheduled appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service price to the card on file. Additionally, for appointments that are no-call/no-shows, the full payment of the booked service will be charged to your card. We have a zero tolerance policy for no showing your scheduled appointment.

Late Policy

We kindly ask that you be considerate of our schedule by arriving on time or a few minutes early for your appointment. The time booked for your appointment reflects the time you should be comfortably settled in our treatment room, not the time to allocate for parking. Please understand that arriving late may necessitate the omission of certain add-on services.

In the event of lateness, we may need to adjust your service duration. This may result in the need to skip add-on services to ensure the timely service of subsequent appointments. If add-ons cannot be accommodated due to lateness, refunds for those add-ons will regrettably not be issued. There is a 14 minute grace period for late appointments. Any client exceeding the 14 minute period will result in having their appointment cancelled and counted as a no-show.

Guest & Child Policy

We kindly request that no accompanying guests enter the treatment room during your session. For those who need to be accompanied, a comfortable waiting area is available. This policy applies to all individuals, including children.

While we empathize with various circumstances that might require bringing children, we kindly ask that children under 10 years old not be brought into the establishment. Children aged 10 and older may utilize the waiting area during your appointment, provided they comprehend and uphold the spa environment's ambiance. Their ability to demonstrate respectful behavior and maintain a relaxing atmosphere while waiting is required. Given that other beauty professionals also operate within our location, our collective aim is to ensure a tranquil and soothing experience for all clients.
